Changes to Patient Shielding for X-ray Examinations

London X-ray Associates has discontinued the use of patient lead shielding during diagnostic x-ray examinations.  This change reflects current scientific evidence, advancements in x-ray imaging technology and aligns our practices with other health care organizations and hospitals across Canada and around the world.
