To protect LXA patients and employees, we ask that all patients rebook their appointment if they experience any of the following:

  1. A fever, new/worse cough or shortness of breath and respiratory/covid-19 symptoms;
  2. Have tested positive for covid-19 with a rapid antigen test or PCR test in the last 10 days;
  3. In the last 10 days, someone you live with has been sick with covid-19, has had signs or symptoms or are identified with someone who is a "close contact" of someone currently with covid-19;
  4. In the last 14 days you have traveled outside of Canada and are not exempt from federal quarantine requirements.


Please take the COVID-19 Self-Assessment Test to better assess when to cancel your appointment. Please contact your primary care provider for further assessment and consultation of Covid-19 symptoms. If you start to experience worsening symptoms or a medical emergency, please visit your local emergency department/hospital. Once the symptoms have resolved an appointment for your diagnostic imaging services can be made.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING SERVICES (COVID-19)

London X-Ray Associates has been providing medical imaging services for over 90 years to the community of London and the surrounding area. We provide booked appointments for x-ray, ultrasound, mammography, bone mineral density and adult echocardiography. Patients requiring x-rays can walk-in without a booked appointment. We are committed to compassionate care and clinical excellence.

For patient safety, we continue to ensure Covid-19 active screening, physical distancing, and cleaning/disinfection are completed within our clinics. Our staff will be wearing medical grade masks and personal protective equipment during your appointment. We strongly recommend our patients wear a medical mask during their appointment. However, we support our patients’ choice to not wear a medical mask at this time. Our focus is on a high level of quality imaging and patient safety.

As part of our RIS/PACS features, InteleConnect, a zero foot-print universal clinical viewer can be used by Clinicians to access their patient exams, including reports and images. To request access, please click on the "Apply Here" on the right-hand menu under InteleConnect Access.

InteleConnect's powerful clinical worklist manager provides tailored specialist worklists, intelligently auto-filtering only the most relevant orders and images for clinicians, while the patient activity dashboard provides a close watch on real-time patient imaging pathways.

InteleConnect does not require any training, installation of software and will support Windows and Mac browsers, as well as mobile devices and smart phones such as iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry.
