To protect LXA patients and employees, we ask that all patients rebook their appointment if they experience any of the following:
1) A fever, new/worse cough or shortness of breath and respiratory symptoms;
2) Recently traveled outside of Ontario within the last 14 days;
3) Has COVID-19 or close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19.

Please contact COVID-19 Assessment Centres, primary care provider, or local public health unit for further assessment and consultation. If you start to experience worsening symptoms, please visit your local emergency department. Once the symptoms have resolved and/or at least 14 days have passed, an appointment for your diagnostic/imaging services can be made.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING SERVICES (COVID-19)
London X-Ray Associates’ diagnostic imaging services are open for x-ray, ultrasound, bone mineral density and adult echocardiography. To support COVID-19 active screening, physical distancing and additional cleaning/disinfecting of our clinics all patient appointments will be booked to ensure patient and employee safety.
To book your appointment or if you have any questions or concerns about your previously booked appointment, please call our Patient Scheduling Hotline at 519-672-7900. OBSP Mammography Screening appointments have been rescheduled for a later time as this program currently remains closed. We will continue to keep patients apprised of when this service will resume.

In late November 2016 LXA had implemented a new Enterprise PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) solution across our clinics.
One of the many new features introduced was InteleConnect, a zero foot-print universal clinical viewer that can be used by Clinicians to access their patient exams including reports and images. To request access please click on the "Apply Here" on the right hand menu under InteleConnect Access.
InteleConnect's powerful clinical worklist manager provides tailored specialist work-lists, intelligently auto-filtering only the most relevant orders and images for clinicians, while the patient activity dashboard provides a close watch on real-time patient imaging pathways.
InteleConnect does not require any training, installation of software and will support Windows and Mac browsers, as well as mobile devices and smart phones such as iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry.
